The work we do for our clients during the purchase process falls into two distinct phases. The first phase involves locating and negotiating for a home. It begins with a through explanation of the purchase process and continues though finding potentially suitable properties, making showing arrangements, making and dealing with offers and counter offers, and ultimately getting the right home under contract. The second phase of the home purchase, involves the selection and coordination of various third party service providers required to bring your home purchase to a timely and successful conclusion.
